Mission Statement

Evelyne and Arthur Matthews share a fundamental belief that adult learners are incredibly gifted! Part of this fascination is that our peers have a tremen­dous amount of “life experience” that they each bring into a classroom, sem­inar, workshop or counseling session. Our goal is to gauge and enhance this powerful energy and continue to be sensitive to the divergent learning styles that adults flourish in. Simply stated, our agenda revolves around expanding your knowledge, abilities and skills through “participant centered”, empow­ered learning.

This process is substantive, thought provocative and compel­ling. Of particular interest is our user friendly, interactive style where we utilize role-plays, case studies, mock simulations and dramatic expression. We strive to eliminate the adage “learning is painful” and help participants reduce the “fat” of being in a classroom (fear, anxiety and trepidation). We implore you, the participants, to join us as true stakeholders in this effort!
