as “in house mediators.” We can also assist you in setting up a mediation process, which uses neutral mediators from outside your organization. In addition, the concept of co- mediation seeks to utilize two individuals who essentially serve as one with the benefit that they will collaboratively capture all of the dynamics of the mediation process.
