Mediation/Co-Mediation
Many organizations realize that conflict is inevitable which leads to deep-rooted hostility amongst and between employees. Once again these issues become exacerbated and the result could be quite detrimental to the organization. Matthews and Matthews Consulting will expose your organization to the principles of mediation which is a cost effective and expeditious process which serves to empower the parties to the dispute to solve their problems with the assistance of a trained mediator. We will develop and design a comprehensive, user friendly training module which will benefit those persons who will serve as “in house mediators.” We can also assist you in setting up a mediation process, which uses neutral mediators from outside your organization. In addition, the concept of co- mediation seeks to utilize two individuals who essentially serve as one with the benefit that they will collaboratively capture all of the dynamics of the mediation process.
