This critical topic has emerged as one of the most impactful and egregious in the workplace. In addition to the obvious impact of serious or psychological harm afflicted on employees, it has become one of the leading “venues” for national homicides. This workshop will educate participants about concepts like Due Diligence, Preparedness and the divergent Negligence Concepts (Hiring, Training, Supervision and Retention).
